How can I access Viva World?
When you open a Viva Banking Package, you automatically gain access to the exclusive Viva World. After you open your package, we will send you a Viva activation code that you can use to register. When you register, you have to define the access data (user name/email address, nickname and password) that you can then use whenever you log on.

What if I lose or forget my Viva activation code?
If you can't find your activation code, you can ask for it to be resent. Feel free to contact us by phone: 0848 880 844 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). We will then give you step-by-step instructions and if they do not help, we will provide you with a new activation code.
Why can't I access Viva World, even though I entered the correct activation code?
Please check once again that you have typed the code in correctly (in the top field, under "New registration"); make sure you don't have Caps Lock activated by mistake. If you are still having trouble logging on, call us at 0848 880 844 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). We will then give you step-by-step instructions and if they do not help, we will provide you with a new activation code.

What can I do if I forget my user name (email address)?
You can reach us by phone at 0848 880 844 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). We will use your opening data to identify you over the telephone, and then we can tell you which email address you used.
What can I do if I forget my password?
At the very bottom of the red logon box, find the "Forgotten password?" link, which takes you to a screen where you can enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link. Click on the link, and enter your new password.
How do I pay for the offers that I order?
You can use a valid credit card or a prepaid card to pay for the offers online. As soon as the credit card debit is completed successfully, your order will be processed.
Do I have to use a Viva credit card to pay?
No, you can use any MasterCard, Visa or American Express Card.
Can I also pay cash, or against an invoice?
No, these payment methods are not possible. You can only pay with a credit card or a prepaid card.
I've placed an order but I haven't received anything yet. What can I do?

There's something wrong with the goods delivered to me. What can I do?
If the goods you receive do not match your order or are incorrect, you can return the items in the original packaging within eight days.
How can I subscribe to the Viva newsletter?
You can sign up for the newsletter at any time through your profile under "News by email."
How can I cancel my subscription to the Viva newsletter?
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter via your profile at any time, but then you will no longer receive information from us about great offers and new Viva features.
How can I prevent my data from being forwarded to third-party partners?
How can I terminate my Viva Banking Package? Can I still access Viva World?
You can terminate your Viva Banking Package at any branch, or by telephoning our Customer Center (CuC): 0848 880 844. However, your access to Viva World will be disabled as soon as your banking package is terminated. Access to Viva World is impossible without a Viva Banking Package.
